Service typically starts with the first three months paid at the start, then continues month to month for as long as you need it. Optional savings are available with a six-month or twelve-month initial term, and after any initial term the service always reverts to month to month. There are no cancellation fees, and Medical Alert equipment is included with the subscription. You sign a simple service agreement, never a multi-year lock-in.
