Home Unit Base with 2-Way Voice

Bedford’s home base unit allows 2-way communication, features a large, easy-to-reach help button, and includes battery backup for added reliability. We offer units for landline/VoIP and cellular LTE connections. More than one pendant can be paired with the home base unit. Setup is simple and straightforward, with a step-by-step installation manual included.

Waterproof Button (Pendant / Wristband)

The device includes a medical alert button, available as a pendant or wristband. Both options are completely waterproof. The wireless button works up to 800 feet from the base unit and does not require battery changes. Our wristbands are hypoallergenic and available in multiple colours (standard colour is black). The lanyard includes an anti-choke safety.

Waterproof Fall Detection Sensor

If you choose the Automatic Fall Detection option, your medical alert device will be sent with our exclusive fall detection pendant, designed to detect real-world falls and automatically call for help. The help button can also be pushed. Waterproof, it works up to 800 feet from the base, and doesn't require battery changes. The lanyard includes an anti-choke safety.

Welcome Kit (Manual and Cable)

From the moment you become a client, everything is transparent - pricing, equipment, and the services we provide. You will receive a Welcome Kit explaining how your device works, including all necessary cables for landline devices. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered across Canada, with most shipments sent via Canada Post. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. We ship to all provinces and territories, including New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Returns & Service Cancellation

To cancel your service, contact Bedford at 1-888-755-3055 or info@bedfordmedicalalert.ca to confirm the cancellation. A prepaid Canada Post return label and shutdown instructions will be provided. The customer must securely return the device and all parts using the provided label. Service is cancelled only after the device is received and processed. Return tracking should be kept until confirmation. Unreturned devices or accessories will be charged.
