To cancel your service, you must contact Bedford by calling 1-888-755-3055 or emailing info@bedfordmedicalalert.ca to confirm that the device and service are no longer required and to provide the reason for cancellation. Upon receipt of the cancellation request, a Bedford representative will contact you and issue a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for powering off the device. The customer is responsible for securely packaging the device, affixing the prepaid return label, and returning the package via a Canada Post location. The service will be cancelled only after the device (all parts, including cable) has been received and processed at the Bedford office. Customers are required to retain the return tracking number as proof of shipment until the return is confirmed. Any devices or accessories not returned will be charged accordingly.
