Bedford Medical Alert’s Dedicated Care Responders are on call 24/7. We address client needs when a medical alert signal is received from a button push, a fall that has been detected, or any number of other monitored life safety events. Even if you are unable to speak, your emergency signal will bring your information up on our Care Responder’s screen, so we can initiate actions to help. Our Care Responders are trained to Bedford’s high standards of care and service. We will ask if you require help over your device’s two-way voice system, and even if you cannot respond, we can get you help. Help can be an Ambulance, as well as non-emergency assistance from friends, family or a neighbour.
